Pollinators - Sustainable Farming

Farming Fortnight is an annual LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming) initiative, connecting young people with more sustainable farming & food production.

This resource will enable teachers and educators to explore 3 key questions about pollinators:
What is pollination and why is it important for plants?
Why should farmers encourage wildflowers to grow on their land?
How do pollinators help farmers grow in a more sustainable way?

Teacher Note: select the most appropriate activity for your pupils depending on prior knowledge and / or age.
e.g. Instructions (KS2-KS3), Make it simpler (EYFS-KS1), Make it harder( KS3-KS5)
